How do I get fit?
The simple answer to pretty much any 'how do I' question is really to 'do'! But at FEAT we believe in changing this paradigm a bit. Rather than thinking 'do' more, we think 'be' more. Be an active person, be inspired to move, be with other like minded people wanting to do the same thing, be more engaged with a fitness community. Inevitably, by being more, the doing more will follow.
