Barbs interest in exercise and fitness started in high school when she discovered that although she was (and still is) small, she had the endurance for long-distance running! Barbs is passionate about getting people moving in new ways and seeing them pushing past fears and breaking goals.

Before becoming a personal trainer Barbs was working in the city and running lunchtime workouts for her colleagues. She finally decided to complete her group and personal training certification, met Barton and soon after joined the FEAT family.

Barbs eye for detail and technique is well known in the FEAT community. Her ability to correct form and instil courage sees members becoming stronger and achieving things they didn’t think possible.
